The fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Gustavia Yacht Club was held at 5pm yesterday 9th April 2019. The event took place at the he newly inaugurated Stelios Philanthropic Foundation Conference Hall in Monaco, hosted by its founder, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
The event addressed a number of items regarding the club’s finances, the past years summer season as well as upcoming improvements for its members.
Specifically the clubs budget for 2019 and its audited accounts for the year 2018 were approved unanimously by all the attending members.
Elections were held, out of which the standing executive Board members were again unanimously re-elected, with Sir Stelios Haji-ioannou as Commodore, Hughes Helffer as Vice-Commodore and Ken Griggs as the clubs Treasurer.
Also upcoming events and friendly arrangements with other Yacht Clubs were agreed and discussed.
