On 27 March 2026, the Gustavia Yacht Club held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), simultaneously in Monaco and St. Barth. Members had the option to attend in person, either at the Conference Hall in Monaco or at the Winter Office in Gustavia or to join virtually via zoom. During the meeting, the GYC renewed its terms through a vote by all members, offering a great opportunity for everyone to come together and engage.
In Monaco, the AGM began at 6:00 p.m. and as always, Sir Stelios, Commodore of the GYC, was present to share his thoughts and inspiring ideas. Together with the members, he reviewed the accounts and the Clubhouse’s new official documents. The meeting was followed by a delicious buffet dinner, allowing for open conversation and fostering a warm and enjoyable atmosphere among members and their guests.
At the same time in St. Barth, the AGM started at noon local time and members joined the meeting from Stelios Haji-Ioannou’s winter office in Gustavia. The day continued with a light lunch on the terrace of the Winter Office, where attendees enjoyed the view of the Caribbean Sea.
