Yesterday, on April 2nd, 2025, the Gustavia Yacht Club hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event was held in two locations, with both an in-person gathering and a virtual option for those who couldn’t attend physically.
In Monaco, members gathered at the Marius Restaurant Deck, for a dinner and AGM session. The evening kicked off at 6:00 PM with lively discussions and updates from the club’s leadership, followed by a delightful dinner overlooking the Mediterranean. The AGM was a fantastic opportunity for members to hear from the Sir Stelios, the Commodore of the club and review the accounts and official documents.
Simultaneously, members in St. Barts joined the meeting from Stelios Haji-Ioannou’s winter office in Gustavia, Starting at noon local time, the St. Barts attendees enjoyed the meeting with a refreshing view of the Caribbean, followed by a gathering on the terrace for light refreshments.
For those who couldn’t attend in person, the AGM was also accessible via Zoom. The virtual meeting was hosted by Stelios Haji-Ioannou and featured a welcoming atmosphere with engaging content shared through the platform.
The Gustavia Yacht Club’s AGM successfully brought together its members to discuss the club’s achievements, future plans, and the health of the organization.
