| Dear Members Please note below our events for December 2022 on the island: Commodore’s welcome dinner at the clubhouse Date: Friday 2 December 2022 at 6.00 pm arrivals, 6.30 pm buffet dinner. Venue: Gustavia Yacht Club clubhouse, Rue Jeanne d’Arc, Gustavia 97133, St Barts. We will be offering an italian buffet dinner with the usual complimentary wine and bar service to the guests with catering by Fabolous Feasts Saint Barth. Breakfast at the the clubhouse for the World Cup Final Date: Sunday 18 December 2022 at 10.30 am arrivals, 11.00 am kick off. Venue: Gustavia Yacht Club clubhouse, Rue Jeanne d’Arc, Gustavia 97133, St Barts. For these two events, we suggest a donation to the club of 20 euros per person attending each event, to be paid on the evening at the door. As we have a limited number of 30 seats for each event on a first come first served basis we suggest you reserve your seats in advance for each duly paid member plus 3 guests by emailing margarita.profyri@stelios.com. Sunday lunch at Le Sereno hotel 11th of December 22 at 1pm For the above lunch the suggested donation to the club is 70 euros per person attending booked in advance and paid by bank transfer or credit card not later than the 7th of December 2022. Please RSVP to margarita.profyri@stelios.com Please note that the normal value of this lunch at Le Sereno is 100 euros per person. Special Backgammon night organised by our esteemed member Douglas Foregger on Thursday 8th of December 2022 at the Club House 6pm. Players to email margarita.profyri@stelios.com Our accountant Philippe Ewart will be emailing out this week to members the calendar year 2023 membership fee reminders out of our automated system. The renewal fee for 2023 will be the same as last year at 500 euros plus a 250 euro partners membership. New members will still have to pay a joining fee of 500 euros in addition. Our new bartender Elodie Silante is ready to welcome you with our usual open bar at the Club House every day except Sundays 6pm till 10pm. We will exceptionally open on Sunday 1st of January 2023 at 6pm till 10pm for drinks. |
