Gustavia Yacht Club Annual Genera Meeting – Friday , 27 Mar 2026!
Our AGM is forthcoming on the 27th of March 2026 and will be marked with two in person gatherings taking place simultaneously in Monaco and St Barts.
Members not present in Monaco or St Barts can attend the AGM virtually via Zoom as well.

The Annual General Meeting will take place in Monaco at the Stelios Foundation Conference Hall, located at Ruscino, 14 Quai Antoine 1er, 98000 Monaco.
Members attending in Monaco are invited to arrive at 17:30, with the AGM commencing via Zoom at 18h00 Monaco time. A buffet dinner will follow at approximately 18h30.
Members planning to attend the AGM in Monaco are kindly asked to send their RSVPs for both the meeting and the dinner (with a suggested donation of €40 per person) to Liliana Farhat at Liliana.farhat@stelios.com.
Members in St. Barts will be able to attend the AGM from Stelios’ winter office at 16 Rue de la Coline, Gustavia. For those joining in St. Barts, arrival time will be 12h30 local time, with the AGM beginning via Zoom at 13h00 (18:00 Monaco time). The gathering will be followed by a light lunch on the terrace at approximately 13h30.
Members in St. Barts are kindly asked to confirm their attendance by sending their RSVPs to Asif at asif.nawaz@gustaviayachtclub.org.

Please note that the Club House will be exceptionally closed on the following dates:

The Club House will reopen as usual from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the following scheduled opening day.

The Club House is open Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with our open bar and snacks available every night, alongside a regular programme of events.
Our bartender, Ana Hegedus (ana.hegedus@gustaviayachtclub.org), will be welcoming you to the Club House!
Clubhouse in Gustavia – Closing for the season Thursday 30 April 2026
Members are kindly advised that the Gustavia Yacht Club clubhouse in St. Barts will close for the season on Thursday, 30 April 2026.
We look forward to welcoming members at the clubhouse over the coming weeks before the seasonal closure.
