Dear Members of the Gustavia Yacht Club
We are happy to report that on Saturday 16 December 2023, we welcomed surfer Tessa Thyssen at the Club House, who’s dream is to be the first St Barthian competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics. The Gustavia Yacht Club members and the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation raised a total of 15,000 euro in order to facilitate with her travel expenses to each competition around the world.

During the holiday season the clubhouse will be open with business as usual Monday to Saturday 6pm to 10pm which means will be closed on Sunday 24th and Sunday 31 December 2023. Friday 29 December 2023, 6.30pm. Buffet dinner with performance by Caroline A. Rivas. Saturday 30 December 2023, 6.30pm. Joint finger food event with the Club House’s next door neighbour Canados yachts show room in Gustavia. Saturday 6 January 2024, 6.30pm. Charity fundraiser in support of the French lifeboat association SNSM.org in St Barth with music by Nomade. Saturday 13 January 2024. Dinner with special guest speaker the President of the Collectivite de St Barthelemy Mr Xavier Ledee. Saturday 20 January 2024, 7.30pm-9pm. The Gustavia Yacht Club has secured tickets for the “Creole Jazz concert” at the Anglican Church (www.saintbarthmusicfestival.com). Special allocation of tickets at 10euro per person. Tuesday 23 January 2024, 6.30pm. Buffet dinner with performance by Zig Zag. Friday 9 February 2024. The Club House will remain closed due to a private event hosted by one of our members. Tuesday 13th February 2024, Mardi Gras. The Club House will be open from 3pm so members can enjoy the Carnival. Saturday 17th February 2024, 6.30pm. Buffet dinner with performance by Michellee Paris. Friday 23rd February 2024, 6.30pm. Buffet dinner with performance by Don Soley. For all the above mentioned events we suggest a donation to the Club of 40euro per person. In addition for the charity fundraiser in support the SNSM.org we suggest an additional donation of 100 euros per person attending which will be doubled by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation www.stelios.mc and passed on to the good cause. | Please also note that we have now started accepting payments for calendar year 2024 Membership fees. The annual fees remain unchanged at 500euro for the year for a full member and 250euro per year for the partner of a full member. For new members there is an additional one off joining fee of 500 euro per our application form available on our website link.
