Once again, the Gustavia Yacht Club had the honour of supporting one of the most anticipated events on the Mediterranean sailing calendar, the Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta 2025, held from June 26th to 29th on the storied island of Spetses, Greece.
Celebrating its 14th edition, the SCYR brought together an extraordinary fleet of classic and traditional yachts from Greece and abroad, offering breathtaking nautical displays against the stunning backdrop of the Argosaronic Gulf. Despite challenging weather conditions, the spirit of camaraderie, tradition, and seafaring excellence was stronger than ever.
As a proud sponsor for another consecutive year, the Gustavia Yacht Club continues to strengthen its ties with the island, the organization of Spetses Classic Yacht Regatta and the Spetses Yacht Club, with whom we share a common vision: to preserve maritime heritage while celebrating the timeless beauty of classic yachting.
We were especially proud to have our Board Member and Treasurer, Ken Griggs in attendance, representing the Club and joining the celebration of nautical heritage and sportsmanship on behalf of the Gustavia Yacht Club leadership.
